1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using InductionStore ("the Website") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place any orders.

2. Advance Payment Policy

To confirm an order on our website, customers are required to pay an advance amount of ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred only) via UPI or bank transfer.

• The ₹500 advance is non-refundable in all cases, without exception.
• Situations where the advance will NOT be refunded include but are not limited to: order cancellation by customer, product temporarily out of stock, delivery not available at the pincode, courier delivery failure due to customer unavailability, or incorrect address provided.
• The advance payment does not guarantee delivery if the product becomes permanently unavailable.
• The remaining balance (product price minus ₹500) is to be paid Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of receiving the product.

3. No Return & No Exchange Policy

All sales on InductionStore are final. We operate a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.

• Once delivered, the product cannot be returned for any reason.
• We do not accept exchanges for different models, brands, or variants.
• Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications before placing an order.
• In case of manufacturing defects, customers must contact the respective brand's official service center directly.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• The ₹500 advance payment is successfully made and verified.
• The payment Transaction ID is submitted on the checkout page.
• An order confirmation page or number is generated.

5. Delivery Terms

• We aim to deliver within 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or logistical factors.
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, natural events, or address issues.
• Delivery is available across India. For remote areas, additional time may be required.
• You must be available to receive the delivery and pay the remaining balance in cash.

6. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. The price at time of order placement is final.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor variations in product appearance may occur. We reserve the right to substitute a product with an equivalent or superior model if the original becomes unavailable, without altering the price.

8. Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to submit false payment references or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate order cancellation, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
